The Failure Analysis of Unintended Elevator Car Movement Protection

Abstract The unintended movement protection device of elevator car can prevent the accident passenger shearing and extrusion caused by fracture traction wheel shaft failure control system components. However, due to relatively complex composition this device, many accidental devices in actual use process do not meet requirements standards specifications. In view problems found inspection, several typical cases are summarized, reasons for these analyzed. At same time, corresponding solutions under current technical conditions put forward, which provides a reference development field inspection revision specifications standards.
